One World Montessori School is seeking a friendly and efficient office manager for their elementary school campus. The office manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the day-to-day business operations of the school office. The office manager serves as an administrative aide to the site director and to the classroom teachers as needed.
Duties include phones and reception, scheduling, student enrollment, calendar management, student and parent data management, classroom support, supply and material ordering, event planning, bookkeeping support, facility access and control, communication management and more.
Experience in an office role, good written and oral communication skills, great people skills and experience working in a school environment a plus!
