When did you join One World? I have been affiliated with One World as a parent since 2003 and started volunteering in 2008. I joined the school as an employee in 2009.
Educational Background: I have 60 college credits in business and liberal studies. I worked in Marketing Operations and Marketing Communications for 14 years before leaving the corporate world after the birth of my 2nd child.
Additional Information: I have 3 children, all of whom attended One World in the past. I enjoy attending my children’s sporting events on the weekends, as well as reading, shopping, and taking Zumba/hip hop fitness classes.
Educational Background: I am a licensed CPA and have a JD and MBA from Iowa State University. I have more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Human Resources, IT, and ERP implementation. I have worked in the field of public accounting, banking and finance, manufacturing, management consulting, and the non-profit school industry.
Additional Information: I have a toddler son. I love going on road trips, meeting new people, and getting to know their culture. I also like to volunteer for different community organizations.

Educational Background: I have a BA in Human and Community Services, and an MA and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from St. Mary’s College. I have Montessori Certificates for both Primary and Elementary and have been a Teacher Trainer since 1979. My publications include: The Montessori Peace Curriculum, One World Montessori United Nation’s Day Celebration, One World Montessori Earth Day Celebration, as well as several articles.
In 2015, I was awarded first place for Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation by the American Montessori Society (AMS) and the “Wisdom of the Elders” award by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE).
Additional Information: I have two grown children who both attended One World in the past; one of my grandchildren also attended school here. My hobbies include music, sewing, swimming, reading, and enjoying nature.
